We want premixra.info to work for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. This statement explains what premixra has done, which gaps remain and how to report a barrier.
Our commitment
We regard accessible pages as ordinary maintenance work at premixra rather than an additional feature. Every new page and every change to the design is checked to make sure the text remains readable, the navigation remains usable without a mouse and no information is carried by colour alone. The statement applies to premixra.info only.
Other ways to reach us
If a page on premixra.info does not work for you, the same information can be obtained without using the website. We can be reached by telephone on 01223 480176, by email at hello@premixra.info and by post at 14 Mill Lane Yard, Cambridge CB2 1RX. On request we will forward the content of a page in another form, for example as a plain text document.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website, or cannot obtain information that you require, please inform us by email at hello@premixra.info or by telephone on 01223 480176. It helps if you identify the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.
Known limitations
Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.
Conformance
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. At present this site is only partially conformant: most content satisfies the guidelines, while the points listed below do not. Where a requirement cannot be met immediately, we look for another way of supplying the information.
What we do
The website uses semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, one main heading per page and link texts that make sense on their own. Navigation and main content are marked as separate regions, each page states its language for screen readers, and images that carry information have text alternatives.
Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.
Preparation and review
This statement is dated 26 October 2026 and is based on a self-assessment by premixra, not on an external audit. We tested the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves with a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader, and we review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
